Members of the Board

Berrin Önder
Chairwoman

Mrs.Önder, who established Raymond James Yatırım Menkul Değerler in 1998, served as the General Manager until 2001 and ensured that the company ranked in the top 3, among BIST’s transactions, in volume. Between 2004-07, she served as the General Manager of Ak Yatırım Menkul Değerler. Between 2007-09, she established the Turkey office of Clairmont Global and served as the Country Manager and entered the real estate development field.

Önder, who is a founding partner of Logos Portföy, which was established in 2010, is also the chairwoman of Mudanya Gayrimenkul, a contractor of large-scale housing projects in Beykoz, Istanbul.

Önder, who is part of the investor group that bought Aksis Bilgisayar Hizmetleri ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. in 2020, also serves as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors. Lastly, Önder is the leading shareholder of Techmine GSYO, which was established in 2021, and assumed the duty of Chairwoman of the Board in this institution.

Önder has a 30-year combined experience in investment banking, real estate development and technology investment sectors.

İbrahim Zafer Say
Vice Chairman / General Manager

Mr.Say is experienced in international trade, logistics and financial management. He is the owner of a consultancy company serving the finance and IT industry, as well as a Member of the Board of Directors at Aksis Bilgisayar Hizmetleri ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.

Say began his career in the Finance department of Pfizer Turkey in 1991. Later on, he worked as a finance officer for the Italian company Metecno and for the British company Inchcape, respectively.

Say took his first step in entrepreneurship in 1996 by founding BSS Consulting, which provides management consultancy services. In 2005 Say established Moke Foreign Trade, which has been active in foreign trade, mainly in the field of construction materials, for more than 15 years, and he has also invested in the production process of medical "disposable" products.

The consultancy company he founded in 2008, Ulusal Yönetim, provided consultancy services in the preparation of many Tübitak and KOSGEB projects. Ulusal Yönetim also carried out and completed a software development project for "freight forwarders".

Burak Müjdeci
Board Member

Mr.Müjdeci completed his higher education at Boğaziçi University, Department of Computer Engineering and completed his master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) at Istanbul University.

He continues his doctorate studies in the Faculty of Business Administration - Numerical Methods at Istanbul University. In 1999 he joined Aksis Dijital Çözümler ve Danışmanlık where he worked as a software engineer and manager in the information technologies department until 2008. Between the years 2008-2011 Müjdeci worked as the manager of business development, sales, and marketing. In 2011 Müjdeci was appointed as general manager and continues in that role to this day.

Kamil Melih Önder
Board Member

Mr.Önder graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering in 1987 and a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 1989.

Önder, who was the Head of the Investment Banking Department and the Deputy General Manager of Körfez Yatırım at Körfezbank, had the responsibilities of spearheading public offerings and valuations, mergers and accusations, managing more than 20 analysts.

Between 1999-2001, he established the portfolio management unit at Raymond James Menkul Değerler.

Between 2002-10 he was the advisor of Horizon Invest, located in Geneva. He directed the investments of foreign investors in the Turkish capital markets and Turkish stock markets as a portfolio manager / investment advisor.

In 2010, he founded Logos Portfolio, one of Turkey's first independent portfolio management companies. Logos Portfolio has been operating continuously for more than 10 years and still focuses on venture capital.

In 2011, as a result of his experience in real estate development and valuation, he founded Mudanya Gayrimenkul Geliştirme ve Yatırım A.Ş. In 2020, he spearheaded the sale of Aksis Bilgisayar Hizmetleri ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. to the investor group, which he is a member of.

Serdar Raşit Alemdar
Board Member

He received his BS from Middle East Technical University, Mechanical Engineering Department, MSc from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich (ETH), MBA from Galatasaray University, and PhD in Information Systems from Boğaziçi University.

Between 1997-2004 Alemdar worked at Accenture – Zürih as a Consultant in İstanbul. In the years 2004-05 he was the Ankara Region Marketing Manager at Intel. Between 2005-07 Alemdar worked at Telenity Istanbul as the Sales Director of the EMEA region and in 2007-08 at Turk Telecom as the Strategic Planning Director. Alemdar was the Sales and Marketing Director at Turkcell Teknoloji between 2008-13 and in 2013 he began his entrepreneurial career with Sentio Sports Analytics (Istanbul and Paris). Since 2019 Alemdar has been the General Manager of ODTÜ Teknokent Management.

He has more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and professional manager in the technology sector in the fields of business development, marketing and sales activities in Turkey, Europe, CIS and Middle East regions.

Ali Serhat Şener
Independent Board Member

He received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bilgi University Faculty of Business Administration in 2001, and then completed a master's degree in Management Information System at Pace University in 2004.


Between 2006-2012 Sener worked at Deloitte as a Corporate Risk Management Manager in İstanbul. In the years 2012-2019 worked at PWC as a Corporate Risk,Process and Technology Assurance Services - Senior Manager. Between 2019-21 Sent worked at Hizlipara Payment Services & Electronic Money AS, Istanbul as the Deputy Manager.Since 2021 Sener has been the Founder of Fintekyum Management Services.Since 2021 Sener has been the Board Member of Fintekyum Management Services. Since 2022 Şener has been the Board member at TODEB.

Elvan Tuğsuz Güven
Independent Board Member

Mrs.Güven received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration in English from Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration in 1990, and then completed a master's degree in Operations Research at Fordham University. She also holds a master's degree in Art History from Istanbul Technical University in 2009.


Elvan Tuğsuz Güven, who started her career in the energy sector, has been serving as a board member at Çiltuğ Isı Sanayi A.Ş. since 2000, and has undertaken the financial responsibility of Kankan steel manufacturing facilities that produce hydromechanical, electromechanical equipment, pressure vessels and tanks for hydroelectric power plants. She has been a Board Member at Tektuğ Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. since 2007, responsible for all operations of facilities with a capacity of 200 MW that produce energy from 100% renewable energy sources. As of 2023, he has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of HESİAD - Hydroelectric Industry Business Association, and in this position he represents private sector investors in the hydroelectric sector.

Aylin Aysay
Executive Committee Member - CFO

Mrs.Aysay received her BS degree from Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration in 1988, and her master's degree from Koç University in 1997. She began her career in 1988 as an auditor for Ernst & Young, and she has served as CFO, asset manager and vice president in the real estate and finance sectors. Aysay has worked for Hilton Istanbul, Dedeman Hotels & Resorts, Cushman & Wakefield and Astay Holding, respectively.

İhsan Ceyhan Solak
Independent Executive Committee Member – Digital Marketing

Mr.Solak has extensive experience in a diverse set of sectors, from opportunity creation to managing large long-term accounts/government departments, cross-functional/complex strategy sales, marketing, and delivery excellence.

Through Tekfen Holding’s USA, Germany, and Italy offices Solak had the opportunity to work at various bids for the UN and multiple middle eastern governments. For Coca-Cola and Danone Solak led large teams with multiple responsibility projects (key customer - traditional distributor - channels away from home).

Especially in complex end-to-end strategic projects such as front office transformation, target operating model, organizational restructuring, client strategy and online retailing at IBM, Solak managed consulting and service inputs to various accounts in Turkey and IBM's Global 100 in the Consumer Goods and Retail sectors in complex end-to-end strategic projects such as online retailing. At Google, responsible for the Retail industry in Turkey, he advised on how to build a strong online business using digital marketing initiatives, mobile presence, and video marketing, as well as turning online mass traffic into bricks and mortar.

Heading Turkey's largest independent Data Driven Marketing Agency; Solak’s current company "SEM" (owned by Ströer AG Media Group) helps clients get the most out of their online advertising efforts through campaign management, deep data analytics, with a focus on Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, SEO, Data Intelligence and Web Analytics across industries.

Mithat Göksel
Executive Committee Member- Sales

Mr.Göksel graduated from Bilkent Univesity in 1994 with a bachelor’s in business and attended Manchester Business School in 2000 for his MBA. He started his career at Citibank Zurich. Between 2000 and 2007, he held various managerial positions at Turkcell in the field of Sales and Customer Experience. He worked as a Sales Manager at OnePIN between 2007-2009 in CIS and Africa regions. Between 2010 and 2014, he served as the MENA Region Regional Sales Manager at Turkcell Technology and Telenity. Before coming to Aksis Dijital Hizmetler ve Danışmanlık, he was responsible for business development, productization and business partnership management at Turkcell Global Bilgi in the fields of ECM, RPA, Video Calls and Voice Analytics.

Reşit Görgün
Executive Committee Member- Technical IT

Mr.Görgün graduated from Marmara University in 1986. He has 35+ year professional experience in the information technology sector. He has been working as the IT Deputy Manager at Aksis Dijital Hizmetler ve Danışmanlık since 2016. He has taken important steps in the scope of IT unit management, project implementation and technical projects. Görgün specializes in Workflow, Document Management, Consumer Finance, Software Projects Project Management and Consultancy. He is doing his master's degree in statistics at Marmara University.
